I think this is John B from another search, but I'm not 100% sure.
An 1850 census on Jacob Eshelman shows members of his household born in Ohio that might have been uncles and aunts. When Jacob's father John was 27, the household included:
Henry, 20
Elizabeth 27
Sarah 14
Lydia 12
in addition to Elizabeth age 54 that I suspect was his mother (John B's wife).

An 1850 census record for Jacob Eshelman lists household membes inclding John and Barbara (his parents) at ages 27 and 23 and an Elizabeth Eshelman, age 54 born in Pennsylvania. This was probably his mother, I'm guessing.
Judah Clemens and wife Esther Burrough(s) are both from well known and documented Quaker families.

Land records in Harrison Co.,, (W)VA show John Clemans and wife Abigail. John from Chester Twp, Burlington, NJ to Job Clemens of Bucks Co., PA. Marcia Secord, < marciaascord@hotmail.com > posted 112 Jun 2005 at Ancestry.com, reports that there is a Joh and Job Clemens in Fayette County PA. In Job's family are 1 boy under the age of 16, and 1 girl. John has 2 boys under 16, and 2 girls. She speculates that these may be brothers of Jeremiah and James Clemans.
