For 2K/XP/2K3. “The software AR RamDisk listed on your site will not work for me. It loads great but after rebooting the device fails. I have found another ramdisk RAMDisk 2.2, and except for the 64 MB limitations it works great. The site indicates a larger version is available upon request.” By Christiaan Ghijselinck.
